Common review flags

Small inconsistencies can signal larger exposure.

Supplier and payment-account names do not match

  2. 02

Incoterms or freight responsibility are unclear

  3. 03

  4. 04

Tooling ownership and maintenance terms are vague

  5. 05

Test-report or document references are incomplete

  6. 06

Payment milestones concentrate risk before inspection

Frequently asked

Before you start a sourcing enquiry.

Can you help if I do not have a supplier yet?+

Yes. The Compliance-First Supplier Search & Shortlist is designed for clients with a defined product requirement but no suitable supplier. It can include supplier research, initial screening, quotation collection, documentation questions and a structured shortlist.

How is a supplier-search project priced?+

A defined Supplier Search & Shortlist project starts from €1,500. Broader managed sourcing work is quoted according to product complexity, supplier engagement, samples and the level of coordination required. No supplier search begins until the scope and project fee are approved.

What documents should I provide?+

Start with the supplier quotation, product specification or drawings, supplier contact and company details, and any test reports or declarations already provided. The launch scope covers up to 25 supplied pages.

What does the €495 fee include?+

It covers one supplier, one quote and a concise written review with ranked findings, clarification priorities and a supplier-question list. The target turnaround is three business days after complete documents are received.

Does SinoLowlands certify suppliers or products?+

No. The review is independent commercial and documentation advisory. It is not certification, laboratory testing, legal approval or a guarantee of supplier performance.

Can you negotiate with the supplier afterward?+

Yes, follow-up sourcing support can be scoped separately when the review identifies questions that need direct supplier engagement.

What happens if serious issues are found?+

The report separates critical concerns from items that can be clarified. You receive a practical proceed, clarify or pause summary, but the final sourcing and compliance decision remains yours.
